Since we launched in the UK over 3 years ago, we’ve continued to invest in developing our products to improve the future of home security. We have reshaped the industry to make professional monitored security more affordable and accessible for all.
This is the first time we have increased our monthly plan prices but unfortunately, as with many businesses and with our industry, we have been experiencing increased costs.
Therefore, effective 24th May 2022 for new customers and 20th July 2022 for existing customers - our monitoring plan prices are increasing.
Our Pro Premium plan will cost £24.99 per month, our Pro plan £15.99 per month, and Pro plan with unlimited camera recording will be £20.99 per month effective from the next billing cycle. We will be sending contactable and impacted customers a notification before any changes to their billing are made.
This is the first time that we have raised our subscription prices for our customers. Doing so will allow us to continue investing in new products, features, and functionality to improve your experience and home security.
From improving our professional monitoring offering to new features in our app and cameras, our focus is to continually enhance our monitoring services to keep you and your home safe.
Our Pro Premium monitoring subscribers will now enjoy the following added benefits for the duration of your subscription.
