From time to time, SimpliSafe may offer consumers discounts or coupons codes and/or free products or services for promotional purposes (“Promo Offers”). To the extent permissible under applicable laws, the following rules apply to any Promo Offers made by SimpliSafe whether through our website or through any other direct to consumer communication. Terms and conditions for each Promo Offer may vary, but unless expressly stated otherwise will default to these terms with any conflicts being governed by any terms specified or referred to in the Promo Offer.
Promo Offers can only be redeemed for sales through direct purchases with SimpliSafe, such as through our website.
Promo Offers may not be combined, are non-transferrable, and have no cash value.
Promo Offers cannot be sold or otherwise bartered. Void where prohibited.
Consumers benefiting from any Promo Offer may be responsible for any applicable taxes, fees or reasonable delivery charges.
Promo Offers are for a limited time only, subject to any express expiration date and/or supply availability limitations. If no expiration date is provided, the Promo Offer will expire after six (6) months. Promo Offers do not apply to prior sales or orders. To the extent permitted under applicable law, Promo Offers may be discontinued at any time at SimpliSafe’s sole discretion.

SimpliSafe reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its reasonable opinion, any order (involving a Promotion Offer or not) reasonably appears to involve fraudulent activity or other behaviour in breach of these General Promotion Terms or any other applicable terms.
In the event any part of a Promo Offer order is returned, the value of any discount applied on that Promo Offer order will be spread between the goods proportionately at SimpliSafe’s discretion.

General Games Terms
SimpliSafe may offer consumers the opportunity to participate in games via the SimpliSafe website, e-mail or other means in order to win certain prizes such as discount codes or free SimpliSafe products (each a “Game”). For each Game, the following conditions will apply: (1) the General Promotion Terms above; (2) these General Games Terms; and (3) any specific terms and conditions stated to apply to that Game (collectively the “Promotional Games Terms”).
Eligibility:
Each Game will be open to UK residents, aged 18 years or over at the date of entry, excluding employees of SimpliSafe and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the Game. By entering a Game, you will be held to have agreed that you are eligible to enter that Game.
Entry:
Entry to a Game will be free of charge and no purchase will be required to enter. Internet access will be required.
To enter, you will need to provide your name, email address so that, if you win, we can notify you by email of how to redeem your prize.
By entering a Game you will be deemed to have accepted the Promotional Games Terms and to have agreed to be bound by them.
Multiple or bulk entries, entries submitted via agents, third parties, organised groups or those automatically generated by computer will not be accepted. Only one entry per person is permitted. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified from that Game and any future Games run by SimpliSafe.
Selection process:
The available prizes for each Game will be set out in the details of each Game.
Each entry to a Game will provide a chance to win one of the prizes on offer. Prizes will be distributed at random on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of the Game. Winners will be informed immediately of the prize that they have won.
Redeeming a prize may be subject to certain conditions, such as minimum spend requirements.
Validity of prizes
You can redeem your prize for a limited time only, subject to any express expiration date and/or supply availability limitations confirmed at the time of receipt of the prize. If no expiration date is provided, the prize will expire after six (6) months.
SimpliSafe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, should the advertised prizes (or any element of them) become unavailable for any reason.
Your information
Unless you opt-in to receive marketing communications as part of your entry into a Game, no personal details relating to unsuccessful entries in a Game will be kept by SimpliSafe.
If you win, your details will be retained by SimpliSafe for six (6) months after your entry into the Game, so that SimpliSafe can deal with any queries relating to your prize, including as set out below (see "Other"). You can request for your contact details to be deleted before the expiry of this period using the contact details below. If you request for your details to be deleted, SimpliSafe cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is unable to complete delivery of your prize or assist you with any issues relating to redemption of your prize following deletion of your details.
If you opt-in to receive marketing communications as part of your entry, we'll only use and retain your details in line with applicable law. Any personal details held by SimpliSafe will be held in accordance with our privacy policy, available here .
Other
Subject to winners’ consent, winners’ details (abbreviated name and county of residence only) will be available for a period of 30 days following the end of each Game by emailing.
Subject to applicable law, all Games, and any dispute or claim (including any non-contractual dispute or claim) arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with any Game.
