When a burglar alarm is triggered, the siren sounds.

The security team will call you directly to inform you of what has happened with your alarm and check you're ok.

The team checks cameras to visually verify an incident and will request Securitas Guard response.

If an incident can't be visually verified, the monitoring centre will dispatch one of their guards to the property.

*The SimpliSafe Excess Payback Program offers a potential reimbursement of up to £350 towards your buildings and/or contents insurance compulsory excess in the event of a covered burglary. To be eligible, you must be the monitoring plan primary owner, at least 18 years old, and have an active, continually paid Pro Premium monitoring plan at the time of the alleged theft or loss, with at least one camera enrolled in SimpliSafe video verification. Your SimpliSafe system must have been properly set up and armed at the time of the loss and entry must have been through a window or door armed with a SimpliSafe sensor. You must submit a complete request within 60 days of the burglary, including documentation of your accepted insurance claim and compulsory excess payment on insurer letterhead. This program is not an insurance policy and SimpliSafe is not an insurer; it’s a discretionary offering with only one reimbursement permitted per calendar year per monitored property, and SimpliSafe reserves the right to reject claims that don’t meet all specified requirements.
