All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Website:
In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software).

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of England and Wales without reference to its conflicts of law rules. The interpretation of this Agreement shall not be construed against the drafter. Any claims and disputes arising thereunder shall be subject solely to those terms and not these Terms of Use.
