With the one-of-a-kind Pro Premium Monitoring Plan, our highly trained agents can act quickly in an emergency. Here's how.

When a burglar alarm is triggered, the siren sounds.

Agents call you directly to inform you of what has happened with your alarm and check you're ok.

Agents check cameras to visually verify an incident and will request police response.

If an incident can't be visually verified, the professional monitoring centre will dispatch one of their guards to the property.
