Make an appointment with a SimpliSafe certified technician. From unboxing and placing sensors to setting up Wi-Fi, connecting to professional monitoring and teaching you how to use your system—we’ll make sure you and your family are protected 24/7. Just check the box for Professional Installation or add it to your custom package as you shop.

Yes. SimpliSafe’s 24/7 professional monitoring is available for all SimpliSafe systems for less than £1/day, whether you choose to install the system yourself or hire one of our approved technicians.
Absolutely. SimpliSafe offers an interactive guide in our app with step-by-step details on how to install your system as well as expert customer support by phone or chat before, during and after your installation.
Yes. All products sold have a 1-year limited hardware warranty, which starts from the original order/purchase date, including SimpliSafe products bought through authorised retail partners. As an additional benefit, customers who sign up for our industry-leading 24/7 Pro Premium Professional Monitoring service before that 1 year warranty expires will receive a limited lifetime warranty on those products for the duration of your uninterrupted subscription. And customers who subscribe to the Pro Monitoring Plan or a Camera-Only plan before their original hardware warranty expires qualify for up to a 2-year extension on this hardware warranty—giving them a total of up to a 3-year warranty as long as their subscription remains uninterrupted during that time.
To add professional installation to your purchase, you can check the box to add Professional Installation under Optional Add Ons when you build your own system or check the box to add Pro Setup on our pre-built system pages.
If you select professional installation today, you can always change your mind and install it yourself. You won’t pay until you schedule. If you want to get professional installation after purchase, you can visit the OrderWork booking page to purchase and schedule installation.
